The brief was to create a chatty, 'in your face' tone that would at once stun, interest users and delight customers.
Waitrose wanted a site that would explain their Cook Well service, whilst maintaining the brand's provenance. I worked with Web Designers and Devs to overhaul the old site content and create a new journey and tone.
For this site, the company wanted language that spoke to millenials. So, after doing some disruptor brand research, I wrote key site pages to engage the target audience.
