The brief was to create a chatty, 'in your face' tone that would at once stun, interest and delight customers.
This project needed the works; UX Writing, external content, internal values, video scripts, tone of voice and all round 360 copy needs. The brief was to create a friendly 'of the people' brand for users dealing with financial loan applications.
Focussing on user experience, a cross-branded tone and a smooth user interface, I created content for an app available to NHS patients using the service.
My main focus was to refine the copy to improve the user journey. With a lot of chatbot copy to consider, I spent hours using the app to create a consistent user experience. I also helped to shape the chatbot's personality.
